Because these items are non-tangible and irrevocable once downloaded, specific conditions apply to refunds and returns as outlined below.

2. Digital Product Nature

All LedgerLine Auditors’ products are:

  • Intangible and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Delivered electronically via secure download links immediately after payment.
  • Licensed for personal or organizational use under the terms stated at checkout.

Therefore, once the download link has been accessed, returns cannot be processed, as the digital content cannot be “returned” in the physical sense.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Purchase — If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
  2. Technical Issue Preventing Access — If you experience a verified technical error that prevents downloading or using the product, and our support team cannot resolve it.

Our support team will investigate within 3 business days and respond with an outcome or a resolution path (bug-fix, replacement link, or refund confirmation).

6. Replacement and Re-Delivery

If your download link expires, becomes corrupted, or the product file is missing essential components, we will re-issue a fresh download link free of charge.
Customers are encouraged to back up files for future reference; replacement links remain active for 30 days from purchase.

7. Product Updates

LedgerLine Auditors offers free updates for 12 months after purchase for all paid products.
Beyond that period, extended update access may be purchased separately.
Update delivery does not reset or extend the refund window.
